The UK's retrofit sector is one of the most important industries of the next decade. Decarbonising the housing stock, reducing fuel poverty, improving health outcomes for residents — these are genuinely consequential outcomes that depend on retrofit being delivered correctly and at scale.
PAS2035 exists to ensure that. But the tools available to the people responsible for delivering it have consistently failed to keep pace with the complexity of the work. Spreadsheets. Email chains. Manual document generation. Separate systems that don't talk to each other.
